Software Quality Engineer
LogRhythm is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to join our team at our corporate office in Boulder, Colorado. The Software Quality Engineer will function in an Agile development environment, designing, writing and executing test cases, reporting defects, and filling other roles as they arise.
Qualified candidates will have previous experience testing complex enterprise software. Experience in a variety of technologies including networking devices, security devices, operating systems, and multiple database platforms is a plus. Required Skills
- 4 or more years of enterprise software test experience
- 3 or more years of experience with client-server architecture
- 2 or more years working with Windows SQL Server
- 2 or more years working with Unix systems
- Expert understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Assurance processes and standards
- Experience with Oracle and MySQL databases
- Experience with test case writing, with and without detailed specifications
- Experience with creating virtual systems using VM Ware or MS Virtual Server
- Experience installing software on multiple operating system platforms
- Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or Network Security

- Excellent software-related investigative/forensic skills
- Strong personal organizational and time management capabilities
