LogRhythm is seeking an Accountant to join our team at our corporate office in Boulder, Colorado.  This position is responsible for maintaining and providing the organization with financial information and processes that will assist the organization in managing and growing its business.  This position requires extreme attention to detail.  The Accountant will report to the Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • General Ledger and month-end close
  • Preparation/posting of journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Intercompany consolidations 
  • Order and procurement processes
  • Accounts Payable and Collections
  • Inventory and fixed assets
  • Calculate and prepare depreciation and amortization schedulesOther duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years accounting experience
  • Degree in Accounting or related field of study
  • CPA certification preferred, but not required
  • Experience with consolidated financials, eliminations and foreign currency transactions
  • Experience working for a software company a plus!!
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a timely and efficient manner
  • Self-starter and a quick learner
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills required
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials with professional discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours in addition to normal business hours
  • Sound experience working with accounting software programs, including QuickBooks and Intacct
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
